WARRANTY REQUEST
Are you having concerns or challenges with a recent completed project? Gill Landscape strives to answer and resolves issues with our existing customers. Please submit a warranty request from the easy-to-use forms below, and we will investigate your concerns. Before submitting your request, please read the warranty information to confirm your product or service is under warranty. LANDSCAPE PLANTS
(1) year Limited Warranty
Gill Landscape Contracting INC identifies that all plants installed have been put in a healthy growing condition, where it has the ability to thrive. Once planted it is the owner(s) responsibility to care for them with water and fertilization.

It is imperative that plants receive proper care, so-as-to minimize stress, resulting from potentially harsh conditions, such as extreme heat, cold, winds, etc. Trees and shrubs are warrantied for one (1) year from date of installation, and will be replaced once within the warranty period, should they die. Annuals, perennials, bulbs, and ground cover are NOT warrantied.

Gill Landscape Contracting INC assumes no liability for replacement of plants killed or damaged by pests, insect infestation, abnormal weather conditions, or other conditions beyond our control, nor will we replace plants experiencing seasonal die-back, when pruning and proper care will restore them to health. Moving landscape plants from their original location will void the warranty.
** Please note: wash-out from rain is considered an act of God & will not be considered a warranty item.**
Hardscape Installation
(1) year Limited Warranty
Gill Landscape Contracting Inc. guarantees the hardscape installation meets or exceeds the industry standard requirements for up (1) year of the completion of the product. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser for Residential Project installed and maintained according to the manufacturer guidelines, industry standards.
This includes but is not limited to: Damage sustained due to improper installation, Paver movement or sinking, wall structural, Design flaws.
*Proof of purchase is required to obtain warrantable items.*
Gill Landscape Contracting Inc. specifically disclaims any warranty relative to color as per color selection. Efflorescence, a white deposit, common on concrete and masonry surfaces, is a natural occurrence and no warranty or liability is express or implied for this condition. Any installed polymeric sand is not covered under this warranty. Any damage caused by chemicals or force, after completion of the project, is not covered under this warranty.
This warranty guarantees the installation of the project only.
**For any issues pertaining to the materials themselves (material block/paver warranty, product maintenance), please refer to the manufacturer’s website and/or warranty. or submit a MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY request below**
